Argyll & Bute HSCP Awarded Bronze Digital Telecare Implementation Award.
We are delighted to confirm that Argyll and Bute Health and Social Care Partnership has been awarded the Bronze Digital Telecare Implementation Award in recognition of the progress they have made on their analogue to digital telecare transition project.
As the Telecare services expand, exciting new features and improvements are on the horizon. The team is exploring the use of Smart Technology within the home, ensuring that help is always just a moment away. Additionally, they work hard with communities to raise awareness and educate residents and caregivers on the benefits of telecare, making it more accessible to those in need.
Their progress in remote and rural regions will inspire other services to learn from this successful transition to digital technology services. Together, they are paving the way for a future where everyone can live safely and confidently in their own homes.
Version 2 of the Digital Telecare Assessed Solutions List is now live and open for submissions. Suppliers interested in being added can contact digitaltelecare@digitaloffice.scot.
The process requires completing version 2 of the questionnaire and providing a penetration test for all services and devices. If your equipment falls under the Product Security and Telecommunications Infrastructure Act 2022, a Statement of Compliance is also needed.
